Florence Mackay, a French/American national brought up in the USA, with an earlier career in multi-national corporations, discovered her natural gift as a motivator and trainer by coaching members of her team.

“Ever since I started my career, I have been interested in finding ways of doing things better and faster, acquiring new skills, finding solutions and changing for growth. This is why I decided to obtain the best qualifications both as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner before setting up my practice in Sussex and Central London on Harley Street.” says Florence.

Steve works with his clients in a professional setting, and uses a warm and gentle sense of humour to help ease the focus on important changes that need to be made. With over 15 years of experience in private practice, and a solid business background, he can help with the most difficult situations both personally and professionally.

Around half of the new clients that he sees will only need one or two sessions. Of the remainder typically half have multiple issues to be dealt with, and so need a few more sessions, or are in an agreed ongoing development and coaching program, perhaps checking in once every month or two.
