Habits are actions or reactions to events that when repeated again and again become hardwired in our brains. Once they are acquired, they are very hard to change. Finding it hard to change your eating habits does not make you weak-willed. You are fighting a strong physical and mental addiction.

Hypnotherapy will help to reinforce the rewards of eating healthily and exercising as well as the negative and dangerous consequences of obesity.
However, there is no panacea or magic formula. You will still have to eat healthily and moderately as well as exercise in order to achieve your goal of losing weight and keeping it off. While in Hypnosis your subconscious is receptive to useful suggestions.
You will steadily establish new healthy eating habits and develop a positive self-image; recognizing when you are hungry, what to eat and when to stop. This will ensure that you to lose weight naturally and keep it off. It is essential to eat healthy tasty meals and to savour your food. This means that you chew each mouthful slowly and completely so you can hear the signal that you have had enough to eat.
It helps if you are open-minded, want to change and be willing to follow the suggestions. It is about acting your way into right thinking. Despite false claims to the contrary, using Hypnotherapy for tackling weight issues is not a quick fix. However, Hypnosis will give you that helping hand which is essential to keep going and to reverse negative patterns of behaviour.
